Yarden G. Wolfe, CPA, CLCS

Risk Management Consultant

Yarden Wolfe joined R&R in 2004 as a Risk Management Consultant. Prior to joining R&R, Yarden was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Aquitec International, a global provider of supply-chain software for traditional and e-commerce distribution channels. In his role as CFO, Yarden was responsible for the global finance and administration functions, focusing on the U.S., the U.K., and South Africa.

Yarden arrived at Aquitec after spending 10 years with Arthur Andersen and Accenture in a variety of global roles. During his tenure, Yarden:

• Served as an auditor and specialized in internal controls.
• Set up new company offices in Moscow and Israel.
• Was responsible for restructuring the finance and accounting functions in the Western European offices.
• Led a process re-engineering team for a service center servicing 40,000 employees in the U.S. and Canada.

Yarden was also a member of the global deal-shaping team, where he was responsible for the financial structuring of large deals and performing due diligence reviews for the venture fund.

At R&R, Yarden draws from his past experiences and business knowledge to bring creative and practical new insurance programs to our clients. He specializes in the long-term care and distribution industries.

Yarden graduated from Boston University holding a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting. Yarden passed the CPA exam in 1993 and is a graduate of The Hartford School of Insurance.
